Jim Dupre

Jim Dupre has worked with Prime Group's acquisitions department since 2004. He serves as a government liaison and is active in national and international sales and marketing outreach through a network of brokers, conferences and expositions.

Prior to joining Prime Group, Jim served as Managing Director of Land Sales for Coral Ridge Properties, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Communities, Inc., where he was involved in land sales in excess of $300 million. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and serves on the Affordable Housing Committee of the BASF.

Eugenio is a seasoned general manager that has led international teams for over 30 years. To achieve the goals, he leverages his past experience with a native proficiency in Spanish and Russian, with a curiosity for new tools and a vast network of contacts. An energetic powerhouse, this chemical engineer has years of experience working with multinationals and high net worth clients, which also developed and combines his strategic and tactic thinking.
